Celemi’s approach to learning leadership is efficient, engaging, and closely tied to business results. In this team effort, participants need to work together through challenging simulations, and in doing so, practice and receive feedback on their leadership skills.
Our simulations strengthen both strategic leadership and personal leadership. The strategic leadership aspect plays out in the simulation itself, where teams analyze business data and decide on and execute a strategy, while always ready with a Plan B. The competition with other teams and the risk of going bankrupt, guarantees engagement and effort.
At the same time, participants practice their personal leadership when negotiating with their team mates, or alliances with other teams. The discussions are debriefed, and participants will uncover new aspects of their leadership styles and how they act under pressure.
