Decision-making is a learned skill. Just like how pilots practice critical decision-making in airplane simulations, business simulations allow corporate decision-makers to practice and perfect their skills.
“Practice makes perfect,” and our business simulations imitate real-life, giving your people the practice they need to make balanced decisions in the organization. Participants will get some information, analyze it, and decide the way forward – and a plan B. As in real life, different functions will need to align. Your people will work together, decide together, and ultimately learn together. As in real life, participants cannot control the competition, and other teams can attack their position from various directions – price, superior technology, better image or a more skilled workforce.
Throughout the simulation, we will debrief the teams on their performances. We will monitor how they do in the competition and how they work together as a team to make decisions. Accountability, delegation, responsibility, and leadership style will all be analyzed and linked back to reality.
