Celemi worked with a leader in molding and casting to help leadership across divisions better align and understand the company holistically. While performance was not lacking, we were able to identify inefficiency in alignment and processes, while also helping participants understand and connect the dots across the organization financially.

The experience created greater empathy across functions and improved understanding of the challenges different teams face and how to work together more effectively.
Participants left the session with a much greater understanding of the company’s financial statements, and how their division and individual roles impact them. They also gained a new outlook on the importance of collaboration and improving information flow.
