The workshop addresses common challenges such as resistance to change, emotional reactions, lack of communication, middle management buy-in, and misaligned incentives. These issues are explored through realistic situations that many organizations recognize from their own change efforts
Participants work in teams and explore a case story from the perspective of four different employees in a changing organization. Through structured dialogue, reflection, and facilitator-led discussions, participants identify pitfalls in change processes and apply a framework based on four key success factors
CELEMI Exploring Change™ is typically delivered as a half-day workshop, but the format is flexible. It can be run with small groups or scaled to very large audiences, including sessions with hundreds or even thousands of participants, using a combination of facilitation, structured dialogue, and plenary sessions.
Participants gain a deeper understanding of how change is experienced by different roles, a shared language for discussing change, and practical insights into what helps or hinders successful implementation.
