CELEMI Exploring Change™ is designed for managers and key employees who are involved in leading or supporting change, including project leaders, middle managers, and high-potential employees. It is especially effective for groups that need a shared language around change across functions and levels


The workshop addresses common challenges such as resistance to change, emotional reactions, lack of communication, middle management buy-in, and misaligned incentives. These issues are explored through realistic situations that many organizations recognize from their own change efforts


Participants work in teams and explore a case story from the perspective of four different employees in a changing organization. Through structured dialogue, reflection, and facilitator-led discussions, participants identify pitfalls in change processes and apply a framework based on four key success factors


CELEMI Exploring Change™ is typically delivered as a half-day workshop, but the format is flexible.
