What is a Learning Journey?
A Learning Journey is based on learning activities and opportunities for employees to reflect and apply new insights to their daily work. It follows a storyline that reflects your company’s change goals and realities.
Tools like assessments, microlearnings, face-to-face seminars, apps, videos, microgames and meetings let employees learn, explore, engage and connect. Instead of the peak-and-crash effect of a one-time learning initiative, a Learning Journey maintains momentum for meaningful change and ongoing dialogue.
