Join us for an open session to experience key parts of CELEMI Cayenne™ - a hands-on business simulation that explores the dynamics behind successful projects and change initiatives.
In this interactive experience, you’ll work with others to navigate a project under pressure, facing realistic challenges around stakeholders, priorities, resources, time and cost. You’ll make decisions, see their consequences unfold, and experience how choices made throughout a project can ultimately strengthen – or undermine – the business value it delivers.
You’ll explore:
- How to prioritize when time and resources are limited
- How to balance the needs of different stakeholders
- How decisions and trade-offs impact business value, cost and timeline
- How alignment, communication and collaboration contribute to project success
The session is relevant for anyone involved in projects, change initiatives or other business-critical work – not just project managers. No specific project management methodology or prior expertise is required.
This participant experience is also a prerequisite if you later want to attend a certification to become a CELEMI Cayenne™ facilitator. The certification process starts by experiencing the simulation as a participant before moving on to facilitator training.
