Join us for an open session to experience CELEMI Agile Move™ – a hands-on digital business simulation that lets you explore what an agile mindset looks like in practice.
In this interactive experience, you’ll work with others as advisors to a fictitious company striving to become more agile. You’ll face realistic operational and leadership challenges, discuss different courses of action and make decisions together. Along the way, you’ll get instant feedback on the consequences of your choices – including their impact on customer value, team satisfaction, speed and value for effort.
Rather than teaching one particular agile method, CELEMI Agile Move™ develops a big-picture understanding of agile thinking: when and why to work in an agile way – and when it may not be the right approach.
You’ll explore:
- How agile principles can guide everyday and strategic decisions
- How to prioritize based on value to the customer and end user
- How to balance customer value, speed, team satisfaction and effort
- How to adapt as conditions, priorities and information change
- How collaboration, empowerment and shared understanding help teams perform effectively
The session is relevant for employees at all levels and does not require previous experience with agile methods. It is particularly useful if you want to understand agile thinking beyond the terminology and explore how its principles can be applied to real situations in your daily work.
CELEMI Agile Move™ is designed as a safe environment to experiment: you can try different approaches, see what happens and learn from the consequences without putting a real customer, team or business at risk. The experience is highly interactive, participant-driven and built around discussion and decision-making rather than passive instruction.

This participant experience is also a prerequisite if you later want to attend a certification to become a CELEMI Agile Move™ facilitator. The certification process starts by experiencing the simulation as a participant before moving on to facilitator training.
