In the end of February, Celemi welcomed Pontus Reuterswärd as Global Key Account Manager to the headquater in Malmö, Sweden.
I am so excited to have Pontus onboard! Not only because of his amazing track record as Global Key Account Manager, but also because he is a great person who will bring a lot of energy and knowledge into our team. And as he is fluent in three languages, he will be very versatile in both client contacts and running seminars.

To get to know Pontus a little bit better, we asked him some questions.
Welcome to Celemi, Pontus! We are very happy to have you on board. Can you please tell us a little bit about yourself?
Thank you, I´m very happy to now be a part of Celemi. Well, I am 46 years old, married with 3 sons. Swedish on the passport but I grew up in the South west of Switzerland, so French is actually my mother tongue. And in my free time I like to play sports, floor hockey and padel mostly, but I also coach my sons football team.
What was it about Celemi that made you want to join the company?
I always had an interest in L&D. And about 6 years ago my friend Henrik Olofsson (GKAM at Celemi), with whom I play floor hockey with every Tuesday, told me about Celemi and how amazing it is to work here. One day, Henrik introduced me to Tore Byström (Sales Director) and Kjell Lindqvist (CEO) which open my eyes to learning through simulations and I decided to give it a go!
What will you bring into Celemi?
I have more than 18 years of international experience within finance as a Key Account Manager and a very good experience when it comes to Saas licensing. I hope to be able to share and implement these experiences into Celemi.
What are you looking forward to the most starting to work at Celemi?
I´m looking forward to get a better understanding of learning through simulations and especially to just work in a great company.
