The Lux Collective receives a Gold Award of Excellence for its leadership program designed with Celemi.

Celemi congratulates The Lux Collective on receiving a Gold Award of Excellence in the 2026 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards, in the category Best Use of Games or Simulations for Learning.

The award recognizes The Lux Collective’s Leadership in Business Challenge, which engaged 133 senior leaders across eight resort destinations. The program was designed with Celemi and used a customized version of the business simulation CELEMI Enterprise™ to strengthen commercial fluency, owner-level thinking and decision-making in the Group’s hospitality context.

We are proud to have supported a program that connects leadership development with the commercial decisions that shape guest experience, profitability and long-term performance.
