Celemi now offers verifiable digital badges for participants completing its business simulations.
The badges are available across Celemi’s full simulation portfolio, whether the experience is delivered digitally or with physical materials, in a virtual or in-person classroom.
Each badge gives participants a shareable digital record of their completed learning experience. It includes verified information about the issuer, the recipient, the simulation and the criteria for earning the badge.
"Business simulations are designed to give people a shared experience of making decisions, seeing consequences and reflecting together,” said Kjell Lindqvist, CEO of Celemi. “Digital badges make that learning visible beyond the classroom, giving participants a simple way to recognise and share the experience they have completed.”
The offering is built on Open Badge Factory technology, which enables organisations to create, issue and manage digital credentials based on the global Open Badges standard. This makes the badges portable and independently verifiable.
The badges can support participants in documenting learning from Celemi experiences and give organisations an additional way to recognise development across leadership, business acumen, strategy, sustainability and other capability-building programmes.
