Lund University Engages Close to 300 Future Leaders in Sustainability and Resilience

Close to 300 international Master’s students at Lund University School of Economics and Management took part in a full-day learning experience designed to explore sustainability, business performance and resilience.

Working in more than 50 management teams, students used CELEMI Sustainability™ to lead a company through supply-chain disruption, resource shortages, energy-price volatility, geopolitical uncertainty and extreme weather. Their challenge was to balance people, planet, profit and resilience across both the short and long term.

The event combined academic learning, active decision-making and perspectives from industry representatives. It gave a large and diverse student cohort a practical, shared language for discussing business trade-offs from the start of their programs.
