Celemi’s approach to learning leadership is efficient, engaging and closely tied to business results. In this team effort, participants need to work together to solve challenging business situations, typical for the fast changing environment of today’s business climate.
The simulation strengthens both strategic leadership and personal leadership. The strategic leadership plays out in the simulation itself, where teams analyse business data, decide on a strategy which is then executed – always ready with a Plan B. The competition with other teams and the risk of going bankrupt, guarantees engagement and effort.
At the same time, participants practice their personal leadership when negotiating with their team mates, or alliances with other teams. The discussions are debriefed and participants will find out new aspects of their leadership styles and how they act under pressure.
