DESCRIPTION:How do you create business value when projects are full of competing priorities\, stakeholder needs\, and limited resources?  \n10:00 am – 1:00 pm Central European Time \nWhat makes projects succeed – beyond simply delivering on time and on budget? \nJoin us for an open session to experience  key parts of CELEMI Cayenne™  - a hands-on business simulation that explores the dynamics behind successful projects and change initiatives. \nIn this interactive experience\, you’ll work with others to navigate a project under pressure\, facing realistic challenges around stakeholders\, priorities\, resources\, time and cost. You’ll make decisions\, see their consequences unfold\, and experience how choices made throughout a project can ultimately strengthen – or undermine – the business value it delivers. \nYou’ll explore: \n\nHow to prioritize when time and resources are limited\nHow to balance the needs of different stakeholders\nHow decisions and trade-offs impact business value\, cost and timeline\nHow alignment\, communication and collaboration contribute to project success\n\nThe session is relevant for anyone involved in projects\, change initiatives or other business-critical work – not just project managers. No specific project management methodology or prior expertise is required.\nThis participant experience is also a prerequisite if you later want to attend a certification to become a CELEMI Cayenne™ facilitator. The certification process starts by experiencing the simulation as a participant before moving on to facilitator training.\nIf you’re looking to strengthen your ability to navigate complexity\, make better decisions and contribute to successful projects\, you’re very welcome to join.\nTo get the most out of this session you need to sit behind a computer\, not possible to attend via phone.
