BP: Implementing a New Financial Model

When BP, a world-leading oil, gas and energy business, adopted a new financial reporting and MIS system to better operate in a rather unpredictable marketplace, it needed to get 3,000 managers in five countries to fully understand and accept the new model. BP turned to Celemi – a learning partner since 2000 – for help.
