The challenge was to move new leaders from functional experts to business thinkers and help create an entrepreneurial culture within the organization. Newly identified leaders in the organization had to realign to deliver on certain key subjects that included steering global projects with tangible business revenues and moving ideas into production with a clear understanding of the financial implications.

Individual Dossiers 

Team Siksha planned the program after conducting one-on-one interviews with sponsors and stakeholders to understand the organizational and business objectives. A qualitative and quantitative assessment was made of each participant and a personal dossier was created for each leader identified. In addition to the assessment, Siksha Celemi Enterprise™ business simulation was presented to the participants.

An individual dossier aligned to defined competencies and showing the tangible shift over a three-month period, was developed by Siksha. In addition, team Siksha facilitated the transition from learning to tangible business results by acting as coach for the global projects.
